Shipping Policy
We focus on getting your order delivered as quickly as possible. Total time = processing time + shipping time.
For Non-Customized Products
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Shipping time: 1–3 business days
For Customized Products (drapes, roman shades, blinds)
- Production time: 7–10 business days
- Shipping time: 7–12 days
- Listed times are estimates based on 95% of orders. If you need items by a specific date, email info@deconovo.com to verify the schedule and order well in advance.

Returns & Refunds — Non-Customized Products
To start a return, refund or exchange, contact us at info@deconovo.com. If accepted, we'll send a return shipping label and an RMA reference number (must accompany the return). Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt in most cases. Orders more than 30 days from receipt are non-refundable.
- All returns must be unopened and in salable condition for a full refund. If opened/used/unsellable, the order may be non-refundable (full, partial, or no refund at our discretion).
- Items must be in the original manufacturer's packaging — keep packaging for at least 30 days.
- Pictures of damaged goods are required to issue a return/refund.
- Prepaid return labels are provided only if you received the wrong product and qualify for exchange/replacement.
- For change of mind (non-defective), you are responsible for return shipping; original shipping is non-refundable and deducted from the refund.
- Non-returnable: gift cards.
Replacements (Non-Customized)
You qualify for a replacement if: item is defective/damaged on delivery (photo required), a panel is missing, or you received the wrong product (photo of package label required). We send a return label only for wrong/defective items.
Returns & Refunds — Customized / Made-to-Order Products
Custom drapes, roman shades and blinds are made specifically to your order and do not qualify for returns or refunds once production has started, except for manufacturing defects or quality issues confirmed by our inspection.
After a custom order, we email a custom order confirmation (measurements, size, color, specs). You must respond within 7 calendar days. With no response in 7 days, the order is approved by default and proceeds to production. Once production begins: the order cannot be canceled, no size/spec changes, not eligible for return or refund.
Not eligible for return on made-to-order items: misinterpretation of product images; accurately made items that don't fit; dissatisfaction with drape weight; color mismatch / change of mind; quality not meeting expectations; incorrectly ordered items; size tolerance within +/- 1 inch (industry standard); delayed delivery; unintentional order; natural color/dye-lot variation; color changes due to different liners; unexpected shading rate; seams in oversized sizes.
We accept custom returns at our cost only if: wrong item received (photo required), or incorrect liner type used (photo required).
Custom exchange: for damaged/defective items only — contact info@deconovo.com within 3 days of receipt, keep all packaging, provide photos.
Custom refund: notify info@deconovo.com with a trackable number. Refunds processed within 3–5 days of receipt, credited to original payment method (usually 3–7 days). Depending on reason, you may bear return shipping; refund = product cost minus a 20% handling, packing & shipping fee.
Alterations are generally not accepted after receipt. Lost packages: we work with logistics to locate; if unrecoverable we arrange a reorder (refunds not available in these cases). Shading rate and color may vary by monitor/lighting/dye lot — order a Sample Booklet first; these variations are not defects. Oversized items may have seams.
Refund Process & Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we email you to confirm receipt and notify approval or rejection. If approved, the refund is applied to your original payment method, typically within 3–5 business days (your bank/card may take additional time to post). Original shipping cost is not refunded. Only regular-priced items are refundable; sale items are not.
Order Cancellation
To cancel, email us. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled, but you may request a return label; once received we issue a full refund minus shipping. (Custom orders in production cannot be canceled.)
Gifts
If marked as a gift and shipped to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the returned value. If not marked as a gift (or shipped to the gift giver first), the refund goes to the gift giver. For gift returns, provide the order number.
Return Shipping & Address
All items must be returned with a trackable shipping service (we suggest USPS delivery confirmation). For U.S. orders valued $100+, insure the shipment and use a signature service. Please request and confirm your return before shipping. Our returns warehouse:

Check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and bank (posting can take time). If still unresolved, contact us using the details below.
