For customized Products

For customized drapes, roman shades, and blinds, we usually will not accept returns.

Before placing your return, please check if your item is eligible for return, as some items may be featured as Final Sale or No Return or subject to additional return restrictions. You can find this information in the item specific sections below, so you may review it before making your purchase.

The following conditions do not qualify for return for Made-to-Order drapes, blinds and shades.

  • Misinterpretation of product images.
  • Accurately made items that do not fit properly.
  • Dissatisfaction with the weight of the drapes.
  • Color mismatch. Change of mind or no longer wanting the item.
  • Quality not meeting expectations.
  • Incorrectly ordered items.
  • Tolerance in size within +/- 1 inch, considered industry standard.
  • Delayed delivery. Unintentional order placement.
  • Natural variations in color due to dye lots.
  • Color changes due to different liners.
  • Unexpected shading rate. Seams in oversized sizes.

Conditions for Accepting Returns at our shipping cost.

We accept returns at our cost if:

  • The wrong items are received (photographic proof required).
  • Incorrect liner type used (photographic proof required)

Exchange Policy

For damaged or defective items, we offer exchanges only. Please contact us at info@deconovo.com within 3 days of receiving the item, keeping all original packaging and providing photos of the product and packaging for exchange processing.

Alterations

We generally do not accept alterations after you have received your order. Please ensure accuracy in your measurements and size decisions.

Shading Rate

Our various fabric materials provide different shading effects. Shading level perception is subjective; we recommend ordering Sample Booklet to ensure the shading meets your needs. Note that variations in liner shading rates are not considered misdescriptions.

Wrong Size

Use a metal tape measure for accurate measurements. Inaccurate curtain dimensions due to measurement errors are not our responsibility.

Change of Mind

Please choose and measure your items carefully, as we do not accept returns due to a change of mind after the order is processed.

Color Variations

Color may vary from the picture due to variations in your monitor, lighting and batch colors. Please keep this in mind when ordering as we do not accept returns for color variation.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will work with logistics to locate it. If it cannot be found, we will arrange a reorder for you. Refunds are not available in these cases.

Seams in Oversized Sizes

Please be aware that oversized items may have seams. Returns or refunds based solely on the presence of seams in oversized items are not accepted.

Return Shipping Address

A return shipping address will be provided via email upon approval of your return request.

Refund

When returning products, please notify us at info@deconovo.com with a trackable number. We process refunds within 3-5 days of receipt, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method, usually within 3-7 days. Depending on the return reason, you may bear the return shipping costs. The refund will be the product cost, minus a 20% handling, packing, and shipping fee.

For not customized Products

If you would like to return a product please contact us. We will provide a return shipping label and the RMA reference number which must accompany the return.

Items shipped from Deconovo can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. ORDERS MORE THAN 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF RECEIPT BY CUSTOMERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

  • ALL PRODUCT RETURNS MUST BE IN UNOPENED AND IN SALABLE CONDITION TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
  • IF THE ITEM IS OPENED, USED OR UNSELLABLE, THE ORDERS MIGHT BE UNREFUNDABLE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUBMIT A FULL, PARTIAL OR NO REFUND.
  • Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase.
  • WE REQUIRE PICTURES OF DAMAGED GOODS IN ORDER TO ISSUE A RETURN/REFUND.
  • WE WILL SEND PREPAID RETURN LABLE ONLY IF CUSTOMERS RECEIVED WRONG PRODUCTS AND QUALIFIED FOR EXCHANGE.
  • SHIPPING COST IS NOT REFUNDABLE FOR CUSTOMER'S CHANGE OF MIND.
  • YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR YOUR OWN SHIPPING COST FOR RETURNING YOUR ITEM IN CASE IS A NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
  • SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note that the original shipping cost is not refunded.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

If you received one of our products as a gift, and would like to return it, you must provide the order number so we can process the return.

Shipping

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are sending the item within the United States and the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. All items must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. We suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be eligible for a full refund.
