To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and the RMA reference number which must accompany the return, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. If you have used more than one payment method, it will be refunded to both methods proportionally.
You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed. If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 21 working days, please contact us so we can speed up the process.
